This policy covers Studio Eucalipto Shopify apps, including LedgerLeaf, LineLeaf, VendorLeaf, and related future Shopify products.

Data We May Access

Depending on the app installed and the features used, our apps may access Shopify store data needed to provide the service. This may include store, product, inventory, location, order, customer, draft order, billing, subscription, payout, B2B, marketplace, reporting, and operational data.

We may also store limited app data needed to operate the apps, such as Shopify session data, app settings, export preferences, sync settings, operational logs, webhook logs, and compliance request records.

Support Messages

Our apps may include an optional support form. If you use it, we receive the email address and message you submit so we can respond to your request. We do not use support messages for marketing or sell them.

• Generate exports, reports, summaries, syncs, and operational views requested by merchants.

Retention

We keep data only for as long as needed to operate the apps, provide requested features, maintain reliability, respond to support requests, and comply with legal or platform obligations. Some temporary exports, operational records, and logs may be deleted automatically when no longer needed.

Shopify Compliance Requests

Merchants can uninstall our apps from Shopify at any time. Our apps use Shopify privacy and compliance webhook flows to respond to applicable data access, customer redaction, and shop redaction requests.
