These Terms apply to Studio Eucalipto Shopify apps, including LedgerLeaf, LineLeaf, VendorLeaf, and related future Shopify products.
Use Of The Apps
Our apps are intended for Shopify merchants and authorized staff managing their own store operations. You are responsible for the accuracy of your store data, app settings, connected accounts, exports, sync rules, reports, and operational decisions.
Shopify Remains The Source Of Truth
Where our apps read from, write to, export from, or sync with Shopify, Shopify remains the source of truth for store records, permissions, checkout, billing, orders, products, inventory, customers, and related platform data unless a feature clearly states otherwise.
Billing
When an app has paid features, charges, trials, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations are handled through Shopify billing unless otherwise stated in the app or listing.
Availability
We aim to keep our apps reliable and useful, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Shopify changes, third-party platform changes, API limits, outages, browser issues, merchant configuration, or network problems may affect app behavior.
No Professional Advice
Our apps may help with exports, reports, inventory, B2B, marketplace, advertising, or operational workflows. They do not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, or professional advice. Merchants remain responsible for reviewing outputs and consulting qualified advisors when needed.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Eucalipto and Atlas Neon SRLS are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the apps.
